Antique Mirror is becoming increasingly popular in modern interior design, for domestic clients, and for commercial applications such as bars and restaurants undergoing renovations choosing to use antique/distressed look mirrors to modernize their space and add sophistication to any space. Our distressed-look mirrors are a great alternative to tiles, which makes them very appealing for use as Kitchen Splashback.
Antique mirrors cannot be tempered, we always advise fitting mirror splashback on a quartz or granite upstand, this is to protect the mirror from heat as much as possible. it is unlikely that the mirror will crack if this advice is taken into consideration, however, we cannot guarantee it will not crack over time.
