5 Working Days - for cut to size Robax Stove Glass & Polycarbonate Products.

10 - 14 Working Days - for Toughened Glass Products and All Mirrors.

We will contact you 1-2 days prior to delivery to notify you that your order is on the way with an estimated delivery timeframe.

(These times are estimates only. While we endeavour to meet these dates, compliance is not guaranteed and the buyer will not be entitled to claim damages or cancel the order for failure to meet these dates.)

We will notify you when your order is ready for pick up.

10 - 14 Working Days - for Toughened Glass products and all Mirrors.

Points to Note on Delivery:

Larger items that cannot be sent by couriers, such as large tabletops, will be delivered by our own drivers.

These items will not be wrapped as we recommend putting the tabletops in place immediately to minimise handling and potential damages.
We may ask you to assist with placing the tabletop onto your furniture due to the size.
*If you are unable to accept delivery and would like the glass left in a safe place, we will wrap in plastic with edge protection. This is not the preferred method and can lead to disputes if defects are found at a later date.

■ Upon delivery, you will be requested to check that the items are as ordered and in good condition and therefore sign a delivery form.
■ If you are unable to accept delivery on this date we will reschedule until the following week.
■ Boxing incurs additional charges and should be requested specifically after ordering.
